1. All Sale Items Are Final
All items purchased under a sale, discount, or clearance promotion are considered final sale and are non-exchangeable. Please review your selections carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Returns for Regular-Priced Items
For items purchased at their regular price, you may request a return within 7 days of your delivery date. The item must be in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and labels intact.
3. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must meet the following criteria:

It must be a regular-priced item (not on sale).

It must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

All tags and labels must remain attached.

The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
4. Return Procedure

Submit a Return Request: Log in to your account on our website and navigate to the Return Portal. Fill in the required details, including your order number and item information.

Approval: Our customer care team will review your request within 1–2 business days. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to proceed.

Return & Exchange:

Customers in St. Lucia can choose to return their item through our local delivery team.

We will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm a convenient return date.

All exchanges include a $30 delivery fee, which covers pick-up of your original item and delivery of the new one.

Once your return is received and approved, you will receive store credit to repurchase your preferred item.

5. Exceptions

Sale, clearance, or discounted items are not eligible for exchange or return.

Personalized items, intimate wear, or items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Order Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Limit
Customers are allowed up to three (3) order cancellations per account. This helps ensure fair use of our resources and availability for all shoppers.
2. After Reaching the Limit
Once you’ve reached your limit of 3 cancellations, you will no longer be able to use the “Pay on Delivery” option. Future orders will require prepayment.
Upon order confirmation, we will send you a payment request via your provided contact (email or WhatsApp). Payment must be made within 3 days of receiving this request. If payment is not made within that time, the order will be automatically canceled.
3. Why This Policy Exists
Frequent cancellations create unnecessary costs in packaging, materials, and processing. This policy ensures smooth operations and fair access to our services for all customers.
4. Exemptions
This policy does not apply to cancellations due to:
