If you would like to make a return, please submit a Return Request through your account on our website within 7 daysof receiving your item.
All sale items are non-refundable.
Approved returns will receive store credit once your return is completed.
After your request, we’ll contact you via WhatsApp to confirm the return date.
All returns are exchangeable and include a $30 delivery fee, which covers pick-up of your original item and delivery of your new one. 💜
🚗 Local Pickup Options (St. Lucia)
• Castries Pickup: Available Saturdays only at 11:00 AM, next to The Square. This is the only day we travel to Castries. Fee: $5.
• BOCAGE Pickup: Available Monday–Saturday, next to the first bus stop. This is our primary pickup location.
North Pickup are daily
After placing your order, we will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange and confirm your pickup time.
- Next-day pickup: Your order will be ready at the time agreed upon with you.
- Same-day pickup: Availability will be confirmed, and a representative will be present for pickup.
📌 Please note: We do not offer home delivery and do not drive to customers’ homes. All orders must be picked up in person at the designated locations.
